Photogenic Rules

I will be the first to admit that the one issue I have heard over and over and over again about pageants is the photogenic competition and how it can be conceived as unfair. Due to that, I have made a decision on the photogenic process of the pageant.

Edit - I should have stated the above comment a little more clearly and I apologize. I did not mean to refer to the pageants in general. There was quite a bit of discussion after last year's Geneva pageants related to the photogenic competition. That is the reason for the change in photogenic policy.
  1. Photogenic sessions will be provided through LaMarra's Studio for no additional charge in the pageant. Each contestant will be allowed a 15-minute session at the studio.
  2. Contestants in the Little Miss pageant are not allowed to wear makeup for the photogenic session.
  3. We encourage wearing white or black tops for the photogenic session. The photos will be just a head shot so no other clothing will be shown in the photo.
  4. You will be able to view the photos online at www.lamarras.com. You will then provide the image number of choice and a photo will be printed for the judges viewing.
  5. You may purchase copies of your photos by contacting LaMarras.
  6. Please call as soon as you have decided to participate in the pageant to set up a time for a photogenic session!

If you have any questions about the above information, please feel free to give me a call.
